A Houston luxury homebuilder has launched two new residential projects near Memorial Park.
Lifetime Homes, a 13-year-old builder that specializes in Spanish-style townhomes inside the 610 Loop, is building two new home communities in theRice Military neighborhood, just east of Memorial Park.
The Lifetime Villas at Snover are being built on the northeast corner of Snover and Dickson streets, a couple of blocks north of Cleveland and Buffalo Bayou parks. The community will have 10 Tuscan-style homes with a red tile roof and stone and stucco exterior. Four of the homes will feature a modern-style interior while the remainder will feature a more traditional Mediterranean style interior.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes range in size, from 2,075 to 2,468 square feet, and in price, from $559,600 to $679,600. They will feature three natural stone balconies and window trimmings; hardwood floors, wood cabinets and wood beam ceilings; a Jacuzzi and rain shower; granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; a state-of-the-art home automation system with light dimmers, motion sensors and audio system throughout the home.
The Lifetime Villas at Malone are being built on Malone Street, about one-and-a-half blocks south of Washington Avenue, near Memorial Park. The community will have three Spanish-style homes with red roof tiles and stucco exterior.
Lifetime Builders — a relatively small homebuilder with eight employees, including an in-house architect — has built a reputation around town for building million-dollar townhomes in prime urban neighborhoods for under $1 million. The luxury speculative builder, which delivers about 40 homes a year, achieves these higher return on investment with lower overhead and faster sales than larger production and custom builders.
“We give our buyers the most bang for their buck,” said Hatem Dagha, operations manager and third-generation homebuilder at Lifetime Homes. “These are timeless and classic homes built with real wood and stone. There’s a heritage and soul behind our products.”
